We have a series standard sensor from 4.3" to 55", it saves your budget only customize cover lens.
Cover lens Thickness:
• Standard cover thickness: 0.8mm, 1.1mm, 1.8mm, 3mm (Pass IK07)
• Special cover thickness: 6mm (Pass IK10)
Speical Coating Choices:
① AG Coating (Highly recommend for outdoor application)
It also called anti-glare coating. Per AG coating on cover glass, glass surface become uneven, light diffuse to avoid glare.
We have ethcing AG and spreading AG coating. We do the ethcing AG mostly.
Glass after coating: 60~100 ±10
② AR Coating
It also called anti-reflection coating.
Oer AR coaring on cover glass apply on table, mobile, to reduce reflectance also increase transmittance.
Teanmittance: above 98%
③ AF Coating
It also called anti fingerprint coating.
Apply on cover glass to reduce smudge or fingerprint remaining
④ Ceramic Printing
It mostly use in outdoor & harsh environment for scratch-resistant, UV-resistant. No peeling and flake
⑤ Printing on PMMA
